Birdwing produced a range of highly detailed CGI visuals to demonstrate how the old victorian building would be sympathetically restored, retaining much of its original features including the landmark clock tower.
We also developed a range of marketing and sales materials for the development that enabled the developers to sell the whole site off-plan, including the sales brochure, regional advertising in the property press, large format site boards and the Middlewood Lodge subsite.
